Heat Pump Program

CEC is offering members a great deal when they install a heat pump through this program. CEC will provide a financial incentive for an approved job, in the form of a cash discount or loan.

How much is the discount or loan?

There is a $400 discount on the cost of the heat pump when the ducts are inside the heated space of the home or an $800 discount when the ducts are outside the heated space. Both new and existing homes can qualify. Members with existing homes can opt for a low interest rate loan from Bank of the Cascades. There is no loan fee and no penalty for early payment.

Whatever your situation, the job proposal must be reviewed and approved by CEC before work begins to receive the financial incentive. Once the job is completed, a final verification will be made prior to any payment.
